Ocean Expressions is a little project I started about 7 years ago, when I was pregnant with my daughter. It started off with my love of macrame and crochet, crafting handmade pieces for friends and family and expanded from there. Crafting jewelery, hats and clothing each piece unique and made with love and intention.
That evolved and I started sharing my knowlege on creating with a YouTube channel dedicated to sharing step by step tutorials so you can create your own jewelery too! Merging making with mindfulness and meditation, creating a safe space where you can learn at your own pace and create your own treasures, wether it be for yourself, as a gift for a loved one or to create your own business, I feel so blessed to be a part of that journey.

For me, creating is a form of meditation. Making things has helped and still helps me so much with my mental health, it literally saved my life.

I have created numerous free video tutorials which you will find on the YouTube channel, guiding you step by step how to make things. If I can share these skills with someone else then that's why im here. For me creating gives me a sense of accomplishment and really empowers me. I want to share this with everyone I can, I want to help others feel this feeling too because we are all so capable! We can do anything, we can make anything, our beliefs are the only things that limit us. By creating we buy less and make more, saving money, the earth and our brains.
